Property evaluation includes an onsite visit in which we evaluate marketability and answer questions you may have about our services and company. It also includes our report and punch list of items we feel need changing or fixing and color suggestions.
	Staging is priced on a house by house basis and is only performed once the house and lot are prepared properly. An empty house may need a lot of help while some houses just need us to assist in furniture and decorative item placement. The amount of furniture and accessories needed and the distance from our office are big keys to the cost of the stage
	Residential Interior decoration. You do not have to sell your house to benefit from our decorating advice.  We can work with you to make your house even more enjoyable to live in and do it on your budget.
	Commercial interior decoration. We can also help you decorate your business so you project a professional image to the public and create a more enjoyable environment in which to work.
	New Construction. The fun of building a new house can be diminished by all the decisions and choices you are required to make. We can help by choosing colors (interior, exterior, roof, carpet), floors, appliances, lighting, faucets, countertops, etc. Left to us your house's colors will flow and each room will invite you to enter and stay for a while.
